CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check In time is noon 14:00 hours and Check Out time is noon
12:00 hours. Any late check out. Any late check out after 12:00
noon until 18:00 hours, the guest will be charged a special day
use rate according to the availability and upon request.
Checking Out after 18:00 hours, the guest will be charged one
full night and subject to availability upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation can be made 48
hours prior to arrival free of charge. Any cancellations within
48 hours to 24 hours before arrival are charged one full night
as per original booking (room only). Cancellation Policy during
Eid and public holiday may vary.
NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no-show, one full
night for the total number of rooms reserved will be charged.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children between 6 years to 11
years of age sharing the parents room will be accommodated free
of charge on existing
bedding.
Children above 12 years will be considered as adult.
Children from 0 to 5 years old will be free of charge.
PAYMENT
All the above rates are subject
to 15% tax and service charge.
All reservations must be guaranteed by cash or credit card
number with the date of expiry.
BOOKING
In One Bedroom
Apartment, maximum occupants 2 adults, in Two Bedroom Apartment,
maximum occupants 4 adults.
For request through e-mail, you may put in your request
not less than 2 weeks before your travel date.
Confirmation is subject to actual availability.
